The "You are Amazing and so is Your Blog" Award! (2)

by - 4:37 PM

Thank you so so much to the lovely Lydia of AGfernfriends for nominating me for this award! :) You're super funny and sweet, and I'm really glad I know you. :)

Za rulez:

1. Copy and past these rules onto your award post.

2. Come up with at least 5 fun questions for your nominees to answer.

3. Nominate at least 5 people who you think are amazing and have an amazing blog.

4. List at least one reason why you appreciate the people you nominated.

5. Put this award on your sidebar or award/tag page if you were nominated.

6. Leave a comment on your nominees' blogs letting them know they were nominated.

Here are Lydia's questions:

1. Do you prefer Disney or Marvel?
Even though I'm just getting into it, I'd have to say Marvel.

2. Do you prefer Woody or Buzz from Toy Story?
To be honest, I've never really liked Toy Story. In my opinion, they're pretty much like horror movies for children - and I've never been one for horror movies. But I guess if I had to pick Woody or Buzz, I'd pick Woody. It can be a little annoying sometimes how he always takes charge and has the solution for everything, but he's still quite humble and easygoing.

3. Do you play an instrument(s)? If so, what?
Yes, I play piano, and I quite enjoy it. :)

4. Do you collect a range of dolls/toys or just American Girl (No judging here just wondering :P)?
As for dolls: no, not really, just AG. Although I do buy clothes and accessories from other doll lines, I've never really been a fan of the dolls themselves - mainly because a doll generally has to look very realistic and have the look of minimal makeup to appeal to me, and while dolls like Springfield and Our Generation are very beautiful, they just don't have that realistic face AG has. (Although Australian Girl Dolls are quite nice.)
As for toys: I don't know if this counts, but up to when I was about six my family members would always just get me a Pooh Bear stuffed animal for my birthday or Valentine's Day or the holidays and such - probably because to hop on over to your nearest Toys R Us and pick up the first Winnie-the-Pooh you see is a lot easier than clothes shopping and I've always absolutely LOVED Pooh. So, as a result, I now have about twenty Pooh Bears in various shapes and sized, ranging from tiny Fourth-of-July Pooh to the length of a headboard New Pooh (he is called New Pooh because when I first got him he was, obviously, the newest I had, and, since I got him when I was about two and my creativity with and knowledge names was rather limited, I named him New Pooh. So New Pooh he is, even though he's actually one of my oldest ones :) ).

5. What is your favorite type of music to listen to?
INSTRUMENTALS INSTRUMENTALS INSTRUMENTALS. *ahem*. I love the variety of instrumentals and how I can just feel the music washing over me and carrying me to another place. They're really quite magical <3

Well, there are my answers (some of them rather long.....oops)! Since I've already gotten this award once (thanks, Gwen!) and nominated people that time, I don't think I'll nominate anyone this time. Hope you guys understand! :D

(However, if you want to do this and haven't done it yet, consider yourself nominated! Here are some questions for you:

1. Yankee Doodle named the feather in his hat Macaroni. If you had a feather in your hat, what would you name it?

2.  Have you ever seen an ad for an advertising company?

3. What's your favorite sandwich?

4. Pluto or Goofy?

5. What's your least favorite movie?)

Thanks again, Lydia! :) *hugs*

    1. Oh my gosh, such wonderful answers! They were super funny to read (in a good way, of course). I'm just sitting here at my laptop with a grin on my face, staring off into nowhere. So if anyone came in, they might think it somewhat weird. :)
(Then again, who doesn't already think that about me? :) )
Beef, cheese, and relish sounds good. And ooh, you play the viola? How cool! It's always awesome to meet a fellow music-lover, because like half the people I know are like...... "wait, what's a clef?"
Ah, yes, I agree with you - Twilight is awful. I never saw or read it, but everyone I knew who did got struck by the horrid "EDWARD EDWARD EDWARD" or "JACOB JACOB JACOB" sickness. If I were a medical type person I would try to find a cure, but as I can't even get my blood taken very well I doubt that would be a good idea. :)
