Kit Goes Outside to Play!

HELLOOO ALL.

*tap dances on stage*

HOW'RE YA DOIN'?

GOOD?

GOOD.

IF NOT, remember that you are a beautiful, unique person, and there will always, always be tomorrow.

*went deep fast but I don't care*

SO.

Today I have for you some photos starring Kit! :) After dinner yesterday, she wanted to go outside and play since it's warm now and she can actually do that without layers and layers of puffy winter junk on. (It kinda feels weird to say that since where I live it's usually cold and slushy until early April.) I took some pictures of her when she was out there. Here they are - enjoy! :)

I like the third one best :). I also really like the sun effects on pics five, six, and seven. What do you guys think of those?

Weeeeell, in other news I leave for Charleston tomorrow and haven't started packing yet. Although, usually I do wait until the morning of to really do most of my packing, so ya know. ;) I don't think I'm going to bring a doll this time - I think I just want to use that vacation to step away from everything and just spend time relaxing with my family.

(BUT I SHALL STILL BRING POOH BEAR. POOH GOES EVERYWHERE.)

Also my birthday is only about a couple weeks away so WOOT WOOT.

*chasing the sun plays in the background disco ball crazy dancing*

I'm not doing much, probably just a small afternoon gathering for cake with my parents and grandparents and then dinner out with my parents. Shall be fun.

(The whole week up to my birthday will be hectic because my grandmother, whose birthday is the day before mine, is turning ninety this year, and so my HUMONGOUS family will all be pouring into town for a giant three-day celebration.)

Aaaand I think that's all for today! :) Remember that you are all amazing pickles, and don't forget to smile!

Namarië,
Ellie

I'd probably do that too in real life tbh :P
      YOU ARE INDEED DARLING.
Bricks can be really cool in photographs. Especially artsy looking ones.
Aw, thank you, dear!! I will. :)

  4. Awesome pictures! It is so nice where I live. On February 28, I went sledding, and it was snowing. Then the next week, I wore short sleeves and capris! It was a big difference!

I know - it really has warmed up recently, hasn't it? I've been able to walk arond in a t-shirt and shorts recently, and it's great!!

  5. Awww Kit looks so good! I can't even choose a favorite all of them are so perfect. I guess if I had to pick just one I'd say the seventh? They're all so amazing though I mean Kit's outfit is just perfect.

    1. Thank you!! :) Kit says thank you too ;)
I like that one too. I like the kind of rainbow scythe of light that cuts across the photo.
Aw, thanks again!! I was originally going to pair it with a jean jacket to get a sort of long-sleeves-and-shorts look I'd seen on Liberty Jane, but the jean jacket made everything look too bulky, so I took it off and decided it could just be a going-out-to-play look! It kinda reminds me of little rich boys dressed for play in the olden days (or modern times or whenever that was; I'm not an expert on fashion history) when they'd wear white sailor shirts, blue shorts, and tennis shoes. Or something like that. Once again, not a fashion history expert. :)

I love the photos of kit! Especially the ones against the brick wall and the ones with the sun going *woosh* (If that is the easiest way to explain what they look like to me;)
It's been a little bit warmer where I live too and it is nice after wearing a coat everywhere.
    Happy early birthday!
    Have fun in Charleston!

  7. OH MY GOSH KIT IS SUCH A CUTIE
    *cough* xD
I have to take more pictures of my Kit! How do you keep her hair so perfect from flyaways, though?! :o

    1. IKR ISN'T SHE JUST.
She can really be quite photo-genic :).
I kid you not, I will literally spend ten minutes misting her hair with water and obsessively patting down any flyaways I see. I'm a bit unhealthily zealous with my hatred for flyaways. *sheepish grin*
