For My Sister Mia Who in the Thirties

Anyone else love that poem? ;)

Before I go any further, I'd just like to say that this post is partially inspired by this post by Shannon over at The Realm of AG.

Today I have for you some pictures of Mia in the thirties! Comment your fave pic below, and I hope you enjoy. :)

Have an awesome day, and remember that you are all VERY BEAUTIFUL PICKLES! :D

  7. ELLIE! I HAVE MORE THINKINGS, EVEN WORSE THAN VAMPIRE PERIODS AND DEMON SUMMONING!

How did we come up with the concept of silence? We have never truly experienced silence, have we? Even if you turned off all the voices and the cars and the beeping and the wind, you could still hear your stomach growling or something.
OH MY GOD! Deaf people. Hadn't even thought of that before writing this down. Ok, ok, but what's it like to hear nothing? What happens in your head?
BUT HOW DID HUMANS COME UP WITH THE CONCEPT OF SILENCE. Cause you would still hear songs playing in your head and stuff, right?

Alright, never mind, I'll just go research deafness now.

    1. It might have started as a term to define when people weren't talking or when there were only small noises happening and grew in its meaning as we evolved.
      But I really don't know.
