*Also A Very Potter Sequel

**I often find that peanut butter alone on a sandwich is too dry, so to remedy this issue I put a thin layer of regular butter on each slice of bread before applying the peanut butter.

  2. Recently I picked up the Heroes Of Olympus series again after growing bored waiting for the next book a few years ago. I forgot how good it was.

Isometric low poly illustrations. I'm really not sure how to explain that... 30 degree angles? Not as many polygons in the mesh for making things look 3d? Lots if cubes and hexagons. If you go look it up on Pinterest you'll get a good idea of what that is.

I bought a doll from eBay for 50 bucks, cut its hair, and sewed a skull shirt for it. I gave him to my brother so now we have a boy doll named Alex. He's been going outside trying to take pictures and build doll rooms every day since I gave him the doll. He's pretty cute, but I don't think he'll let any of his friends know about refusing to conform to gender stereotypes. Middle school would be an interesting time for that.

Tell me about Dutch and Asian culture.

    That's what jam is for.

    1. I have never read those books. I might. What are they about?
      Those look cool.
WOOHOO PROPS TO YOUR BROTHER. He has officially earned membership in the Swag League.
Yes, but for some reason I've never liked the temperature difference between peanut butter and jam. Peanut butter is room temp and jam is cold and that does not suit well in my mouth. I know, I'm weird.

    2. OH WAIT I FORGOT.
My family went on a road trip to a Dutch settlement in our state. There were tons of bakeries with yummy treats like Dutch Letters (which are S-shaped croissant-like pastries filled with almond paste). There seemed to be a lot of almond paste and windmills, both of which are cool.
The Asian stuff stems from the Asian Art Museum I visited in San Fran. By each piece, they had a little plaque explaining its cultural significance and story. It was very interesting. I learned a lot about Buddhism and Hinduism, as well as Japanese and Chinese arts and culture. For example, did you know not all types of Hinduism are polytheistic? Many are also monotheistic or atheist. And I learned about Japanese tea ceremonies - traditionally hours long with multiple courses. All very fascinating!
