Ooo lately I've been really wanting to learn Mandarin, also I've been interested in fashion design and passing the time with adult coloring books >.<

Fashion design is really cool - I'd try it if I could draw at all. xD

ooo, yeah, horrible kids is a good one. really gives off the signature sio vibe with some true symphonic rock. :} i truly am a sucker for bands' older stuff...like, duality is great and all but there's nothing that beats classics like breathe in, breathe out or swan song, you know? idk. everyone seems to be loving bands' current, new stuff (example: panice! at the disco. while everyone else has been impatiently awaiting doab's release today and i've just been like "well i mean it's good [save victorious, i can't stand that one] but i'll just listen to afycso in the meantime" though i did preorder doab on itunes and am very excited. xD) and i'm stuck in the past. am i the only one? (and sorry for clogging up your comments lmao)
ReplyDeleteNah, it's fine. If anyone's been guilty of clogging up the comments section in the tenure of this blog it's probably been me and Gwen xD.
DeleteI have a friend Cressida (I've mentioned her on here a couple times, I believe) who's the exact same way. She loves all of FOB's older stuff, but hasn't really liked much that's come out since the hiatus. Same with MCR - she loves all the old stuff, but isn't so much a fan of Danger Days,

I assume that Purity Ring and Meg Meyers are artists too?
ReplyDeleteFloppy hats are great.
New languages! How's German going?
Yes! As is August Burns Red. My favorite songs from Meg are probably "Adelaide" and "Motel". I found out about ABR on Maddie's blog, when she mentioned them in one of her 10 Songs You Need in Your Life posts. Their xmas album is AMAZING. My favorite song is God Rest Ye, Merry Gentlemen because it's one of my favorite Christmas carols and I LOVE the twist they put on it. I think you'd really like their stuff.
DeleteGreat, although I switched periods because of schedule weirdness (not by my own choice, the computer-generated schedule for 2nd semester just had me in a different period), so now instead of being with all my friends I know NOBODY and the people in the period are super talkative so we never get anything done, leading to a crabby teacher and lots of homework. *sighs*

Oh! I have a new friend named Cara (aka, the only friend I've made since entering high school) who LOVES the Lunar Chronicles. She's also just getting around to reading Winter, and I think she likes it so far, although she's only on page like 20.

Oh....ATM I am obsessed with Divergent, Oh wonder (artist), writing music, and just music in general. XD
ReplyDelete-Rylee
Oh! I wanted to read Divergent about a year ago, but I never got around to it. Would you recommend it?
Delete- Ellie
Haha, well I haven't read the books...haha although I want to! But I was talking about the movie, which is amazing.
