Current TBR Pile #14
I first saw this book mentioned on Adi's blog, and although the concept didn't look too interesting at first, I eventually previewed it and found that the writing looks awesome.
Fly by Night by Frances Hardinge
This looks like such a sweet, fun, whimsical fantasy story. Excellent for a rainy day or a comfort read :)
Blank Spaces by Cass Lennox
This looks like one of those books that could either handle asexuality really well or really poorly - however it turns out, I'm excited to give it a shot!
This is another 2017 release I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for - the friendships sound so awesome, and the writing looks amazing.
Eliza and Her Monsters by Francesca Zappia
Along for the Ride by Sarah Dessen
What is it with me lately? First I want to read contemporary romances, now straight contemporary romances? How on Earth could I become more of a white teenage girl?
(Kidding. This actually looks really good, although that's something I never thought I'd say.)

OOOOH. I've heard some good things about Scythe! Let me know if it ended up being as good as it sounds.

There are so many books I want to read for 2017 - The Love Interest, The Eldest Curses (a trilogy coming out in November all about MAGNUS BANE eek!) and of course, Lord of Shadows.
ReplyDeleteIs it obvious that I'm Shadowhunter trash?
THE LOVE INTEREST, YESSSS.

These look great! I love Neal Shusterman in general, so I hope that Scythe is just as good! And I also really enjoyed Made You Up, so I'll need to keep Zappia's next book on my radar, too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting Sometimes I'm a Story!
This'll be my first book by him - what else has he written?
