Dear November | Sincerely, October

- Dear Goodreads: HAH. I'VE BEATEN MY CHALLENGE WITH 2 MONTHS TO SPARE. SUCK IT.

Favorite: Artemis Fowl and the Lost Colony. Least favorite: The Fixer.

- Dear Pericles: It was so much fun to participate in you! It may be the most fun I've ever had doing a school play.

- Dear Duke University: *sees your architecture on my college tour* *faints*

- Dear everyone: Please, if you can, buy "Almost Like Praying" by Lin-Manual Miranda and a host of other Latinx artists. All proceeds go to hurricane relief.

Sincerely,
Ellie

- Dear Stranger Things: I WILL get around to watching you. Eventually. Probably. Maybe.

- Dear NaNoWriMo: I'm sorry I can't participate this year! But I'm still trying to write as much as I can. I hope to finish my current WIP, Karissa Goldlock's Guide to (Almost) Utterly Everything, before the one-year anniversary of its conception.

- Dear The Lady of Boston and the Lions She Knew: NO. GO AWAY. I'M FOCUSED ON MY OTHER WIP NOW. I'M NOT LISTENING TO YOU CRYING OUT FOR ME TO WRITE YOU. LA-DI-DA-DI-DA.

Sincerely,
Ellie

....because so many other bloggers put out awesome content this month!

Ely @ What Can I Say? published another segment of her novel Those Left Behind. AND I'M OFFICIALLY DYING, IT'S SO GOOD.

Cait @ Paper Fury shared some awesome tips for outlining your novel. Outlining first rather than jumping right in is something I need to work on, so this post was very helpful!

On Go Teen Writers, Taylor Bennett guest posted about how to effectively build a social media platform. Her tips were really unique and insightful!

Finally, Stella @ Monsters for Tea wrote a gorgeous piece called "Things You Can Do Here." Go read it, guys. Seriously.

How was your October? What are some of the best books you read this month? Are you doing NaNo? What is your WIP? Comment below, and have a fabulous day. <3

Namarië,
Ellie
